Myself and my partner did the Infinity Bridge which was an amazing experience! Mark our instructor talked us through everything and he kept the kids with him whilst we walked the bridge! We then did the Climb the Mine with the kids OMG I’m my opinion this was a lot harder and scarier than the bridge! The kids loved every single minute of it, both Mark and Felix were brilliant at talking us through everything and making us feel at ease. Brilliant day that we’ll never forget!

We booked for Via Ferrata but did Climb the Mine instead due to the poor weather. Even though our original plans had to change, we had a great time underground clipping and climbing our way along the challenging but family friendly course. The staff above and below ground were awesome, re-booking our activity at short notice and ensuring that we were well briefed and safe on our activity. The drive up to the slate mine is lovely and the views will I’m sure be truly amazing but not unfortunately on a wet and windy day in August. Definitely on the list to return in the future hopefully when the weather is better. 🤞😃

I found this quite a challenging climb in the mine although there was a lovely 8 yr old boy in our group who was quite exceptional and led the way. Very interesting and our guide was knowledgeable very encouraging. Pricey but worth it, was good value daybout. Give yourself plenty of time to get there with narrow roads. Good shop and places to look around while you wait. We didnt have time to try cafe. We will be back to try something else.

Had an absolutely amazing afternoon with Andy doing Climb the Mine. He put the boys (definitely nervous) at ease and had them laughing and climbing and doing things that I wasn’t entirely sure they would. As my youngest said ‘It’s the scariest but best thing I’ve ever done!’ I would recommend this to anyone, it’s worth every penny!
