The Honister Pass
A full day. 9am to 5pm.
Arrive ready. Four back-to-back challenges that build to a 100ft freefall finale. No half-measures.
The full Honister experience
Four of our most exhilarating activities in one ticket. The story you'll be telling for years, and the smug glow of having done all of them.
Ages 10+
An exhilarating experience for ages 10+.
Thrill Factor:
Full on
Intense and out there. Guaranteed to get your pulse racing.
A proper day out for proper thrill-seekers
The Honister Pass is a one-way ticket to get your heart hammering. The Infinity Bridge, Via Ferrata Xtreme, Climb the Mine and The Jump. All four. In one day. Each one ratchets the tension higher than the last.
Consider it a warm-up
190m of Europe's longest high-wire bridge, suspended above hundreds of metres of fresh air. The scenery is spectacular. Your legs will have opinions. You'll never forget your first step.
The pulse-pounder
Cables, ladders, metal footholds up Fleetwith Pike. The Burma Bridge over a void. The sky ladder to the 2,000ft summit. Panoramic views in every direction. This is where it gets serious.
After flying high, you go deep
Into the mountain. Swing, climb, scramble, rope bridges, rock walls, zip lines through a real working mine. Emerge into daylight buzzing. One challenge left. The big one.
One small step. One epic freefall.
100ft straight down before being lowered safely to solid ground. The only freefall of its kind in the UK. The perfect, and unforgettable, way to end a chunky day.

What to expect
From the car park to the summit. Here's how the day unfolds.
Arrive & kit up
Check in 30 minutes before your session. Four challenges ahead and no margin for a late start. Get fitted with your kit, meet your guide and get briefed on what the day holds.
The Infinity Bridge & Via Ferrata Xtreme.
190m of high-wire bridge, the warm-up that doesn't feel like one. Then Via Ferrata Xtreme takes you to the 2,000ft summit. The morning alone is most people's best-ever day out.
Into the mountain to Climb the Mine
After flying high all morning, you go deep. Rope bridges, rock walls, zip lines through a real working mine. You emerge with one challenge left.
100ft. The only way is down
You've done three extraordinary things today. You step off the platform. You drop 100ft. You land. And then comes the smug glow, the one that lasts for weeks. You did all four.
Got questions?
Four activities in one ticket: the Infinity Bridge, Via Ferrata Xtreme, Climb the Mine and The Jump. The full Honister experience, back to back, 9am to 5pm.
Anyone with a sense of adventure, comfortable with heights, with a reasonable level of fitness. Minimum age 10. Under-16s need a participating adult (18+). A full day on a mountain, you'll feel it tomorrow. That's the point.
Starts around 9am, finishes no later than 5pm. A full proper day, arrive on time and come with an appetite.
You cannot take part if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, heart disease, or back, neck, spine, foot, ankle or leg conditions. If you're unsure, call us before you book – we'd rather talk it through than have you turn up unable to take part.
While we do allow on-site ticket purchases, we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. Booking in advance guarantees you a spot and helps streamline your visit.
The mine is open year-round, offering a unique experience in every season. If you prefer fewer crowds, we recommend visiting during the off-peak months (autumn or winter). However, summer offers beautiful views and a vibrant atmosphere in the surrounding Lake District.
Yes, we have ample parking on site.
