We work with all scout and guide age groups from age 8 upward. Activities vary by age, check individual activity pages for specific requirements.

Yes. Tell us your group size, age range and objectives and we'll build the right day. Half-day, full-day or something in between.

Several of our activities can support outdoor challenge and adventure badge requirements. Get in touch to discuss your specific programme needs.

The Bait Cabin cafe is located in our main visitor centre and is open daily. We also have toilet facilities and baby changing located in the cafe.

On-site WiFi and parking is available for customers.

Climb the Mine runs in all weather, you're underground! It's actually one of the best things to do on a rainy Lake District day.
