If I have to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a cash refund. This is agreed to in the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

We will issue you with a voucher which is valid for 12 months if you cancel 48 hours before the date of your activity. If you cancel within 48 hours vouchers will not be issued. All changes in bookings are subject to a £10 admin fee as per our terms and conditions.
